Okay. In the face of helpful advice being given by absolutely NOBODY, here's some. Talk to your manager, see if they can identify him, and tell the manager that he made you feel unsafe. Talk to your manager about setting up a system so that workers can get back up if a customer is behaving inappropriately. I also suggest looking into what self defense weapons are legal in your area, investing in one, learning to use it, and keeping it on your person at all times. He sounds like the type of person that is a repeat offender.
