Today, I went to my gynecologist's for a check-up. After the doctor checked me I went to the bathroom. It turns out the walls aren't soundproofed, because I could hear the doctor telling his assistant, "God! How did she ever find a husband?" FML

Today, I was very tense as I sat in the chair for my gyno appointment, so the doctor repeatedly told me to relax, in order for her to do the routine exam. I then overcompensated and relaxed so much, I accidentally farted in her face. FML

Today, I went to see my gynecologist. She was writing my symptoms up in my chart on her computer. After a little while, I noticed that she had a confused look on her face and was reading something instead. When I took a peek at the computer screen, I saw that she was Googling my symptoms. FML

Today, I went to the dentist; no one was in the waiting room so I danced around and mouthed songs that were on the radio. It wasn't till after I went to the counter and saw the receptionists laughing like a pack of hyenas that I realized there was a camera. FML

Today, I was at the gynecologist and he was performing a routine check-up. He was a new doctor and I was just slightly uncomfortable with him. About mid-check-up, as he felt around my uterus, he said in a cartoonish voice, "Oh, it's so squishy up here." The doctor turned me into a sock puppet. FML

It's not my favorite place, but it's not completely horrible. Not to the extent that I'd say I enjoy it..but maybe I would if I had a sexy male doctor that gave happy endings every time.. Lol. Maybe thats what they meant! They have a sexy male doctor ready to give you a happy ending(if you're clean) so relax..and enjoy.;) just a positive way of looking at it.

How funny. I am reading this in gown (open to the front) and drape waiting for my doc to give me the good old speculum once over. While relax may be good advice, enjoy-not so much. Taken together, it sounds eerily like a date rape line: "Relax and enjoy it."
