Today, I woke up early to prepare for my graduation party. I'd invited the entire graduating class of 2011, and tons of people confirmed that they were going to come. Two hours after the time I'd told everyone to show up, I'm still the only one here. FML

Maybe they all went to an official graduating class party nobody told you about. It's everyone else's graduation day too, you know.

this reminds me of the people from my church. at church sunday morning: me: "hey everyone, family fun night at my house, 7 o'clock! free food, free beer, free icecream, and free movie! in fact, all you have to do is show up, make yourselves at home, and allow me to serve you!" Pastor P. P. Face: "God bless you brother, my whole family will be there." Brother Bob Buttbreath: "well praise the Lord brother, we'll be there at 7!" Sister Susie McCocksuck: "oh, i can hardly wait! it'll be a blast!" 7:00 at my house: *crickets chirping* me, alone: "uhm... praise the Lord?"

maybe the fact that u were goin to serve beer on a family and to ppl from church was the reason for the no show

our church is ok with alchohol, we even use real wine for communion. even the pastor drinks wine.

Maybe they got stuck in traffic?

Just remember it's only high school, luckily this was the last day of having to deal with those who did it on purpose. Considering it was graduation and that is usually a family day all of those kids were probably asked and guilted into doing things with their family. I personally made my sister go to dinner with us before she went on a trip she had planned for weeks. She was five hours late to leaving town. College is so much better. We have all had situations like that. I had a "End of Summer" picnic thing that a lot of people rsvp'd to and only four people came. I know how you feel. It does get better.

Aww :[ that kinda made me really sad lolz FYL

this is kinda to be expected...it's the day of graduation. more than likely, everyone went to their own graduation things with their families first. they are probably going to be pretty late. i'm not sure why you would invite your ENTIRE class on teh day of your graduation for that very fact >.>
