You sound weird. 1) Why give up on educating your boyfriend 2) Why pretend you're wrong? Do you have no self respect? My boyfriend is close to being a genius, and at the beginning of our relationship he often insisted on being right on close to everything (he wasn't a very social person). At some point I surpassed him in biology and he only had it at a high school level. He would often turn things around so it should seem that we were at least both right. I decided to discuss this matter with him and explained that I dislike what he's doing and that he should accept that he can't know everything - else I would have a hard time being with him. He changed and doesn't act like a bad looser anymore. Sometimes it DEFINITELY IS good to try to change people, you know :)

Never hide the real you to suit someone else. So what if you possess intelligence and he doesn't? If you've got it, flaunt it.

Why would you do something like that? Now that in itself is dumb. I mean if your boyfriend is going to act like that because you are smarter than him then yeah there is definitely something wrong there but you are allowing and enabling that behavior. Shoot I look for smart women. And if they are smarter than me then shoot I'm very happy cause that means I can learn from them as well as them learning from me. Relationships are supposed to be about making each other better right?
