If those three kids are with this new husband, you guys must be pretty comfortable with each other by now. Grab a towel, lay it on the bed, and have at it. If he's squeamish use a condom. If you still don't like the thought of blood leaking onto a towel, try the shower. This really only seems to be a downer if you're big on oral.

I've had sex on my period plenty of times. And YDI for popping out so many kids, and being too poor to afford them (since you can't buy a bigger house). If you don't have the money to properly take care of kids--don't have them.
