Have a free coffee sampling day, advertise the heck out of it... Then sell people small bags of the same stuff you're sampling, but make the bags more expensive than just coming in and buying a cup so that people will overvalue the coffee and be inclined to come back as soon as their tiny bags run out.

It's going to start off slow before picking up. The key is to getting the word out, so advertise, give out free samples and coupons.
