Today, it's been a few days since I decided to give this girl I like the silent treatment.I've been writing on/off with her for a few weeks, but decided to stop a bit, to seem mysterious. When I logged on Facebook today, her status was "..is so happy that annoying guy has stopped writing to me!" FML

Just because you like her obviously doesn't mean she likes you :P

You give her the silent treatment and expect her to nice to you?

ahaha YDI for being stalker-ish. And the silent treatment? My brother thinks that's immature and he's 7.

How sending messages to someone is called being a stalker? Maturity doesn't have anything to do with the silent treatment, by the way. I wouldn't be surprised if your brother were more mature than you.

# 18 - maturity recognition FAIL!

Actually, it does. As you mature, you become more capable of and inclined to communicate in far more effective ways.

18- Ignoring someone in order to be "mysterious" is extremely immature. And obviously if his crush was relieved he stopped messaging her he must message her a LOT, which is creeping/stalking according to many people. And how would you consider me 'immature'? Please, enlighten me.

Or, instead of calling it immaturity, you could start calling it stupidity.

Aww... I think you're obsessed with her in my opinion. Kind of infatuation, I guess. I think I know how you feel, but YDI. :/ And not because of the silent treatment.

How is he obsessed? Because he sent her a few messages? Wowzers, I must be obsessed with a LOT of people...

I didn't mean it like that, smartface. Considering he sent a lot of messages to her crush to the point it annoyed her, I'd conclude he was obsessed. Read better next time.

I think that fixated would be a more appropriate term.

considering it's only been 'a few days' since he stopped talkign to her, it kinda insinuates he's been msging/talking to her every single day. maybe he is a bit obsessed?

Hm... I guess she didn't like you back lol You can find someone way better :P Being mysterious only works if you start from the begining. And only works on some girls. If you come off as really nice, and she seems bored or odded out by you, stop talking to her. Then, pick it up again later. Things will seem more interesting to her :P

awe that girl is an asshole.

Dude, it's a trick. She's obviously into you, and trying to get a response. Don't let yourself get outplayed. The only logical course of action is to start tracking her movements; gotta regain that upper edge.

Uhh... most women don't go for that "mysterious because he hasn't been messaging me" thing. That is a real life thing. If she had been into you she would have sent you a message or attempted to get in touch with you. If you weren't being creepy and messaging her all the time and waiting for her in the dark corners of facebook for her to log on, then FYL. However... if you were being a creepy stalker and pounced on her the second she showed up on the internet, YDI No matter what though, she's wasn't too nice for putting that as her status... either you didn't get her subtle hints she didn't like you or she's a bitch and you're better off.

lmfaooo "dark corners" "pounce on her" your comment was better than the FML

And that is why I bother reading comments... because sometimes there are gems. :3
