Today, it snowed in South Carolina for the first time in 10 years. It snowed eight whole inches! I was so excited, I yelled for my kids and ran outside to build a snowman. I ran out to the steps and slipped on ice. I woke up in the hospital with a bad concussion. The snow had all melted. FML

Today, it was snowing. I slipped on the ice and fell in the middle of the road, dislocating my left shoulder and knee. As I was screaming in pain and trying to stand up, two boys on the pavement threw snowballs at me while everyone in the cars just drove around me. FML

Today, I jumped into a pile of snow which had built up against a wall. Turns out it wasn't snow but a pile of cement covered by an inch of snow. I now have a 3 inch cut along my leg and a sprained wrist from falling. FML

Today, I woke up to a quite frigid room, which wasn't out of the ordinary since my building's heat is broken. But I realized that the extra cold I was feeling was due to the snow piled up on my bed. It had snowed 20 inches last night. My mom had apparently opened my window. FML

Today, I was making a snowman with my little cousin. I was collecting snow just outside the house, when out of nowhere a snowball struck me in the back of the head and caused me to headbutt the wall. I woke up a short while later to a medic telling me I had a nasty concussion. Thanks, cousin. FML

Today, it snowed a lot and my friends and I went outside for a walk. Someone drove by and threw a snowball at me, hitting me square in the face. Surprised, I side-stepped only to end up losing balance and roll down a hill into a ditch full of prickly bushes. FML

ok first I live in SC too and it snowed here already this year and it snowed the past 2 years in a row. idk where you live but don't speak for the whole state. and second you're stupid; snow and ice usually happen together. what made you think that it wasn't slippery? you deserved it...

My home feels like a really great place now. There is a bunch of snow on the ground and tomorrow I'm going to build a huge snowman. I don't know how people in the south don't go crazy. I need 4 seasons with 4 different types of weather in order to stay sane.

Ditto although it's been a little unreliable up here lately. This season is the first real winter we've had in a while. Back in the old country, we were guaranteed feet of snow every winter. I love snow. FYL OP for missing it. I think another storm is headed "yall's" way.
