Encourage adoption. It'll be really hard but it's best for your kids and the baby. And keep those kids under better supervision so this doesn't happen again.

There would technically be nothing wrong with this if they were older. Just because your parents signed a piece of paper, doesn't mean it's sick or wrong. Sure it can create complications and tension in the family, and is therefore not really considered a good idea, but it's not puke material. Sometimes, these relationships can even work out, in which case, more power to them! It's only wrong if it's your biological relative.
