This is truly an FYL and a possible YDI. At least they're not blood related, and I wouldn't say it's gross if you're recently married. If they grew up together, then it would be ****** up to say the least, lol.

Just to put another perspective out there; you don't know how long OP has been married, could have been 6 months could have overall known the family for 2 years. I have step siblings and I don't have any sibling bond between any of them. The kids could have known each other before marriage or they could have unintentionally fell for eachother. Just cause you're a sibling by marriage doesn't just suddenly make you feel a sibling bond. Plus, kids are dumb and they get pregnant so what? Shit happens. Can't do nothing about it now but make the most of a bad situation!
