why didn't you tell him you couldn't breath? it takes some time before passing out so how long where you choking without letting him know? YDI.

Oh and to those commenting on a guy being 250...met a guy the other day who was like 5'7" and all muscle and he claimed to be over 215...so it doesn't necessarily mean he is a "big guy"; if he's all muscle, he could be decently small but heavy.
