You ex, is an ex for a reason, and your friend...well I don't think she was a friend to begin with.
You can be upset--which is perfectly natural--but that's it. Just because you recently dated him doesn't mean you own him, or that he owes it to you to stay single until you're over him. And your best friend can date whomever she wants. That's not for you to control. That said, jumping into a new relationship the day after ending your previous one is never a good idea. It's a great way to make sure the next relationship turns out no better than the last.
