Today, my boss asked me if I needed to stand in the corner while I thought about what I did wrong. FML

Well the truth is I work in hospice. I was sent to an admission without the information I needed so I could give a family 5 star treatment because they are a friend of someone in the facility I went to. In the end I told my boss maybe she should stand in the corner for not properly informing me, and I treat everyone with the same compassion and dignity no matter who they are or know!

From your username, it sounds like you have a very responsible job and don't deserve being treated like a child, whatever happened! FYL OP.

Unless she was acting like one. Let's face it, some adults can be pretty childish.

Mark that corner by drawing a square with some chalk. It is your corner now.

I hope the threat of a timeout straightened you up for the rest of the day

Plot twist: You're Biden in the oval office. Obama got you good.

It sounds like he should stand in the corner and think about what a horrible boss he is. No one working in any profession should be treated like a child

Without context, I've no idea what to make of this.
