The fact that this guy is searching this stuff on a company (or any computer) means there is much wrong with him and he is subject to immediate dismissal and criminal investigation. the word "boy" is what shows he was looking for kids, so whichever post towards the top said that you can't assume he was looking for kids, you're most likely wrong. There is boy and then there is man. Also, there should be a filter on your search engine so it doesn't autocomplete with ****. He had to have looked that up or take off that filter (which hes a work, he shouldnt have that off). Finally, its not that hes gay, its just that that is something that you don't expect your boss to have. It would make any normal person uncomfortable

to #129 and 132! refer to my earlier post #86 the term "Boy" does not reference child in any form or fashion in the gay community. It's like an older woman calling a younger man her boy toy! It's the age difference that is being referenced not the actual age. I doubt he was actually looking for child ****! personally I prefer older men and because i'm in my early twenties, i'm consider a "boy" and often called a "boy". I do agree that he shouldn't be searching that kind of material at work. But I really can't judge, because I've been known to actually do the nasty while at work. i completely agree it's not professional though....
