I could be wrong but this is what I'm thinking of what they meant. I THINK in the Clinton or Papa Bush administration, a tax break law was voted on that did something to lower taxes for businesses. Baby Bush renewed it during his term, but Obama didn't, so now a bunch of businesses and people are in a higher tax bracket and have to pay a heck more taxes than before; causing companies to fire their employees and causing people to lose their jobs. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME IF IM WRONG. I didn't understand it that well when I read the article and no one bothers to explain it to me.
