Lock him out! Take super glue and squeeze it into the locks then wipe off any excess so it's not noticeable until his key no longer fits in the door. I feel I should advise you against doing this as it will most likely be considered destruction of property causing damages in excess of $5000 (hey, that's what happens when you can't open the store!) which makes it a pretty big deal, however it's the best revenge I can think. Sorry OP - FYL
