That is so awful... but really hilarious. Definitely something that would have happened to me. I don't have a text messaging plan either, and yet people text me alllllll the time. I usually have to pay $5-10 extra a month for stuff I can't control.

I can get fired in peace since our country carriers don't charge for incoming text messages nor calls.. but yea ask for that .25 no matter what.

How is it ok for people that they get charged for Incoming messages?

Some plans don't have unlimited texting in certain countries. Some people don't text all the time so it doesn't make sense for them to pay extra money for something that they will likely not use.
