yeah, cause that's what every girl talks about with their boyfriend...who mentions that in a casual conversation? YDI
When your in a relationship you talk about EVERYTHING. My boyfriend always asks about my period and I answer his questions. If you don't talk about that kinda stuff in your relationship your other half ( if you have one) probably sees you as an up tight prude that can't let talk about their personal stuff.
I doubt any guy wants to hear about a girls period. and I have "an other half" and we don't talk about that. it's good to talk to each other, but there are some things you just shouldn't talk about. that is one of them.
How old are you? Because in adult relationships, you don't give a crap about what your body does. Sometimes it's necessary to tell your boyfriend about the things that go on with your body so that when he goes exploring, he won't encounter something he doesn't want to encounter. Also, if he knows what goes on with your bodily functions, if something goes awry, he knows when to be worried and when not to worry. These things are important, and if they aren't important to you now, then you must be rather young.
you know... i did this to my friend once for a joke...
I'm a girl, and I understand his point. I wouldn't want blood on my seats either! he just put a towel down, you're acting like he didn't let you ride in his car at all! why just let you period all over his seats when he can save his seats and put a towel down?! and you're a girl, who should know her cycle by now, and if it's an irregular period, then ALWAYS carry tampons..?! be responsible. don't act like he's an asshole for wanting to save his seats from blood.
Even if she soaked through her tampon, her underwear and pants would've caught any other blood. Besides, you should wear a panty liner just for that reason. Her boyfriend was a bit extreme.
If this is a legitimate concern of yours Miss Random Letters and Numbers, I think you need a new brand or you are putting them in wrong. Over 14 years worth of mother nature's cruel joke and I've never had that problem.
You need to have a good talk with him about his insensitive attitude if you don't want this situation repeating itself every month (presuming you are a regular kind of girl that is!!).
Guys really don't want to hear about, I'm sorry to say.
At least he didn't kick you out of the car.

tell him he's gonna have to wear three condoms because he might "leak" through the first
Nice to see chivalry is going strong.
