Today, my boyfriend dumped me. I tried to hide my sadness from my mom. She still noticed, and tried to cheer me up. She took me to a funeral. FML

There's just no pleasing some people. Did you ever think that the dead can't come back to life, even if you are sad.. So maybe the funeral was necessary to be at. Not for you to be cheered up, but to pay respects. At least it'd look normal if you were crying. But if you were more pissed that you were at a funeral..well that's just rude. :(
