78- You can confront them about it at a different time. There is no nice way to say "hey, you have really bad acne." but to do that on her birthday is just rude. I would be pissed if someone gave me that as a gift.

I like getting gifts that I can actually use. And you got one of those! In your case, he was just trying to be helpful. Guys don't always realize that something they meant as caring and nice can come off as hurtful because sometimes girls tend to read into things a bit too much.

Try using milk of magnesia. I wear it on my face to bed very might and it does a wonderful job with cleaning up my acne. you can find it at any drug store, but don't get any weird flavored or scents or whatever. Use a cotton ball or something to put it on.
