Seriously lacking in respect? Yes. Possibly need to discuss boundaries with food. Yes again. However unless you only lip kiss, never tongue, and don't exchange any other body fluids it's probably not the worst thing you have exchanged.

I hope you dumped him. Someone messing with your food/drink is disrespectful on a primal, fundamental level. It's basically showing such utter disregard for you he might as well have spit in your face instead. Wrong on so many counts here.
