That's what I was thinking and i'm glad someone said most of it already. I don't really like making eye contact during this but if he specifically asked i'd try to do it a little. In addition to what #29 said, it also might help to have him lying on his back, and then place yourself in between his legs with your knees bent so your legs are folded under you, giving you an easier point of view to look up at him (in my experience anyways). Also the angle where you give the jewels a light suck will give you a view of his face. If you're just going up down up down the whole time you're not doing it as well as you could be. Or if it bothers you that much (I think its awkward myself haha) then just say its uncomfortable like other people suggested.
