Today, my boyfriend's dad came onto me. I was shocked and awkwardly tried to exit the situation. My boyfriend then sprang out and started shouting at me. Apparently, it was a "test" to see if I would still be attracted to him in 30 years. I failed. What. The. Fuck. FML

Today, my parents met my boyfriend, and to say it went badly is an understatement. My mom went outside to relax by chain smoking and the shouting, and the screaming only ended when my dad took my boyfriend by the scruff of the neck and threw him out the front door into the street. FML

I agree with everyone saying to move on, because not only is that incredibly manipulative, it's creepy on so many levels. I almost want to know whose idea it was! If it was your boyfriend's, why on earth did his dad agree to go along with the plan? And if it was the dad's idea..... well that just opens up a whole new can of worms!
