I piss in the bathroom sink at my place to not waste water, then splash a tony bit of water to get rid of the excess, I've done the math, it saves 130 gallons of water a year

The bathroom sink may be understandable if you think it saves money, but if the dishes are a problem, that means OP's boyfriend is using the KITCHEN sink, and that's just disgusting.
