I second what #1 said - how come your dad has access to your account? If you're an adult, I thought you automatically became the main person in charge of the account and no one else could access it. Unless he stole your credit card or something? Either way, FYL for sure

Ok guys shut up with the SUE! He is her Father, and a better thing to do would be to get him into an intervention and help save his life, other than sue him, make him go into more debt, then get killed by loan sharks. Seriously. Why are you guys so damn cold hearted. Yeah, she did share an aacount, but what her her parents got her money for her birthday. What if they needed some money to help pay a bit of rent. They did raise you, gave you a home, fed you, clothed you, etc....... So you kinda owe them. I would say FYL because your father has a gambling problem, and that sucks. My dad has a drinking problem and it sucks, but he would never steal from us. So OP dont sue because of arrogant people who think it is morally just to sue from the man that Raised and "made" you. Thats just wrong.
