Um... Can you say that again... In English please?
Get better internet. If he can afford to buy video games than he can supply it with the proper amount of megs. I feel his pain and yours, but he should have saw it coming when agreeing to let you do online classes.
Who gives a crap if he can afford this and that. The guy works sheesh give him a break we don't know what type of work he has to deal with what crap he gets everyday, I say the kid gets himself a small part time job pay help for faster internet or get his own :/ teaches responsibility as well he'll learn to pay a bill.
Pssh, I have a gaming household and I know that most the time the speed of Internet and whatnot is highly important so you consider everything (as I consider the use of laptops) and I get the right amount running so everyone can comfortably connect to the wifi. If he agreed to let his kid use it for school he should have known there would be a conflict in having more than one device connected to their shitty Internet. Thank you and goodnight.
oh nooo ur gonna have to develope a social life... darn
Gamers gotta game
your dad's a twat. I would take his video games and pawn it for educational funds.
Sike!
public school keeps you from being a loner.
#80 I went to public school and was still a bit of a loner.
Good. Online only schools have a piss poor reputation in the real world. They are widely viewed as not being real.
#85 I think OP means online homeschooling for high school rather than an online university.
Even worse. You get a high school "diploma" that no real university will accept. Plus, I consider myself to be reasonably smart - but I would not homeschool my kid. My math is OK but not great. I forgot why "the great gatsby" is a classic. If my kid got interested in say chemistry I would quickly be lost. In a real school your math teacher has a math degree, your literature teacher has a home full of books and a degree in literature, your science teacher is a geek, and so on.
Video games are this generations education!!!
