Today, my ex, for whom I still have feelings, introduced me to his new girlfriend. To make things "less awkward," he invited a mutual friend of ours. However, the last time I'd seen this friend, it was a week after my ex and I had broke up, and we hooked up. Awkward doesn't cover it. FML

fyi your ex probably knew you ****** him if he was a mutual friend, logic would be that you would have someone you could maybe be with, cuz he had someone to be with, your ex is most definitely over you and the mutual friend wants to date you and your ex gave him his blessing

I don't understand why you all were meeting up as you were a family or something. unless you were like best friends with them and you didn't break up on a bad note I guess that would be ok. but why bother putting yourself in that situation especially when you knew that neutral friend was coming?
