did you guys still get a ticket?
Lol that's classic
I had Drill Instructors too.......at MCRD San Diego
But if you just left the academy, where you're drill instructor is teaching, how did he get back on the road and watching for speeding so fast?
What's your dad's speeding offence got to do with you. Your instructor is a jerk.
The point is, if you are a police officer in training, you don't allow your father (or any other person for that matter) commit a offence. The push-ups were for letting someone do something wrong in your presence. As a police officer, op should have interceded. (This is a guess of course, but I think a valid one.)
Haha it was fun to pick tiny rocks out of my hands...but I accepted my punishment for letting my father speed LOL
So they let 16-year-olds into police academy? You have a vivid imagination OP.
I don't know why he'd make YOU do the push ups when you weren't even driving...FYL
Your dad should have been doing the push-ups as punishment for speeding, not you.
