Just be thankful you found this out now before having to pay for a wedding and a divorce. As shallow as this sounds, keep the ring and pawn it. You deserve better and he deserves no less.
Fun fact: Legally, she can't do that unless he says he doesn't want it back. An engagement ring is a conditional gift. He has every right to it if they don't get married, as far as legal ownership goes. Court of Common Pleas would order her to pay the price of the ring or return it.
She can legally keep it if he gave it to her on a birthday or valentines day or Christmas. In that case, she could argue that it's a gift.
If it's an engagement ring, it's still a conditional gift regardless of what day it was given. Wouldn't be hard for him to prove that it was an engagement ring.
Sounds like another win, in my opinion. He'll have to pay court fees and attorney fees to get it back. That's a lot of work and effort, which he deserves to work for it since he lost it the way that he did.
Leave his cheating ass!
This should probably say ex fiancé?
#33- Absolutely ridiculous. You'd make a good prostitute and a horrible mother and overall human being. How atrocious you can think of bringing a child into this world for money. Why not just go spread your legs and get paid? Better then being prego for nine months and TAKING CARE OF a CHILD for 18 years, for a measly monthly welfare cheque? Sit around on your lazy ass and never accomplish anything. Wow what a great life *sarcasm*
Huh?
Better to find out now than after the wedding. Time to kick your "brother" out.
Well you can make the best out of a bad situation and... Damn, there's nothing; well fyl op.
Then you could do better
I hope he's your ex now.
I'm sure the girl was wildly interested in having a threesome with a guy and a woman she thought was his sister. Perhaps someday commenters here will realise that "Threesome? lol" comments are practically universally stupid. That day is not today.
Yes, so she can go to jail? Getting "even" is such a bad idea in this situation. Hopefully she just dumped the loser and when he sobers up he'll realize his mistake. If he "loved" her enough to propose to her then I'm sure he'll be pretty hurt knowing what he did to her and knowing that he completely messed it up.
