Today, my fiancé told me that he was having second thoughts on our engagement. Instead of just calling it off, he took me to a fancy restaurant and took a public poll on whether we should get married. The majority said no. FML
I agree, your life sucks 34 460

It doesn't say they broke up.

45- her name is exfiancee. I think it's safe to say that majority ruled.

Is that really the type of man you want to be with? Think better of yourself! Move on!

I say, grab the nearest item and bitch slap him with it!

I've always wanted to slap someone with a fish...

Raw fish works alot better. Just for future reference :p

It's a fancy restaurant, I say pour your drink on him. Hopefully it's wine.... If it is, pour his on him and drink yours, then walk out. I've always wanted to do that to a bad date, oh well--- ...

they probably all said no because he was stupid enough to ask them. I would say no as well; clearly he's an idiot.

He had no problem embarrassing you like that? And needs the public opinion to determine whether he wants to be with you or not? Sounds like a keeper. Your better off with someone who actually does appreciate you.

I'd say he embarrassed himself.. But that's jus me

Not really it's just every now and then there are inconsiderate **** tards who come along

You're probably 11 how would you know what a ****** society is? Just saying

She looks at least 15. And I've known how people in society act and Im 16. Give some younger generations more credit. But I agree it's the people with-in our society, not the society itself.

TriflingAllDay 6

Ohhhh you do know how society acts, im so glad. Please get back to me after you finish high school and get a first job. Im sure you will be an expert by then.

Younger Generations put things into simpler perspective than older ones. what do you have against us? We are a part of the society and we see things a lot clearer than older people do. I am 15 by the way. The older generations shouldn't criticize the younger ones because you're the ones who raised them.

Dont worry, the majority was right. If he had to ask a room full of people should he marry u? Then u were already in for a nightmare

Seems like the crowd did you a favor. If he couldn't decide then on his own, he didn't want to get married. Plus he was a big wuss for not making the decision on his own.

The people have spoken...now dump his ass.

They probably all said no because they thought your fiancée was an asshole for even asking that in public and they thought you deserve better.

Wow. I certainly wouldn't want to marry someone who was so inconsiderate of my feelings. I would say, thank god you didn't marry that douche.
