You can look into foreskin restoration if you want that for yourself. It's a lot of work, and has dubious results, though some people are happy with it. What's even easier and quicker though is finding a new girlfriend, though, so keep that in mind.

Yes it can. But an inch per 35 lbs? Not even close. If you are 35 lbs overweight you might be able to get 0.05 inches by losing weight.
