This happened actually two weeks or so ago I don't visit this site much so I didn't have a account previously. But today I visited it and decided to post this sense that was a FML moment I had with her and thought it would be funny to share. I did explain to her what it really was but argued with me for about 10 minutes that it was really a Confederate flag until I had to go on the internet and show her that it was really a British flag. I ended it with this girl for...various reasons.

she may have been wrong about the "confederate" part, but as for racist, you may want to read up on Irish history, there's a reason they call it "the butchers apron" just sayin
everyone who is saying that the girl is dumb is being unfair. if she honestly doesn't know the difference between the flags because she wasn't taught any better, how does that make her "stupid"? i guess i should be judged and called names because I don't know how to pilot a plane, build a computer, or drive stick shift. but i can be taught all these things. how quick you all are as to judge her. you don't know her background. she could honestly not know any better, so how does that make her stupid?
she's stupid for overreacting about it. if it was jist a mistake that's different. she could have asked him about it instead of going psycho.
Are you really comparing not knowing how to fly a plane and not knowing what the confederate and British flags look like when OP lives in Kentucky? One takes a lot of work and study to master, the other you should be able to know just by being alive. If she lived in a remote part of the world with no internet access, she would have an excuse.
theres lots of other reasons for her not knowing. don't be so dim
