Hey now, I refrigerate chips... it makes them super crunchy... ketchup chips go straight in the freezer even... Its just a different preference really :)

For all the people who find the "chips in the fridge" weird, it's a translation mistake : in the original french version, the boyfriend put the beer and "saucisson" in the fridge. It's some pork sausage that you eat as a snack or in sandwiches. I think they translated this into "chips" so that it will be more international, overlooking the fact that chips aren't supposed to be stored in fridges ^^"
