well. the maid cant pay because we give her 15$ PER month. and we cant deduct it because... IN rural places of Nepal , where my servant comes from, one family consists of 9/10 sons or daughters .. so that 15$ directly goes to her HUGE family.

ok first of all it's rich not financialy blest and if you thing being called rich is offensive you have issues. secondly the maid was just doing him a favor by ruining his crappy console. now you can use that space for an xbox
Actually, the OP may not be rich. In the US a maid is expensive, but in other countries where labor is cheap maids are common. That might be the case in Nepal (where the OP is apparently from), but I don't know for sure. Also, I know lower-middle-class people in the US who hire maids. They aren't rich, just pretentious.
Have her pay to replace it or take it out of her salary if she refuses have her deported .
I would killll that maid! lmfao
make her pay for it she's supposed to clean ur house not ur electronics
You deserve it for having a maid and referring to her as such.
What else is a person who has no education, land, or food supposed to do?
THAT blows.. But on the brightside, if you can afford a maid maybe you can afford a new PS3.. If not, make the wench pay for it!

You only give her $15 a month? Wow. What an asshole
Check the location, they're in Nepal. I expect that might be something resembling a decent wage out there...
