Kick. Her. Out. Plain and simple
My thoughts exactly. The animals are one thing, but a whole other person in that small space?! No way! At least the animals won't have opinions and leave dirty dishes around and walk around naked or something, not too mention the fact that he'd be sleeping with your mom in the next room! Ya, not happening!
She woulda took her boyfriend dog and birds and left my house
well was her animal status not discussed previously? if you knew she had animals then they should've been brought up because most people won't get rid of their pets just because they moved. as for the boyfriend hopefully he isn't staying over and if he is why can't she move in with him? or they get a place together. you seriously need to sort that out, I'm getting stressed out for you OP!
who has 4 dogs?
His mom, duh.
sounds like this could be a sitcom

Yep. Boundaries need to be established.

It's your job to tell her what's okay and what's not in YOUR house. Just because she's family doesn't give her the right to push you around.
YDI for not having boundaries. Even if you have reason (maybe she's old or sick) to let HER stay, that does not require the rest. At least, not in those numbers.
