Who says they can't achieve happiness? My cat seems super happy most of the time, yet she doesn't just sit around. She's also spayed, so reproduction and "animalistic desires" don't drive her. How do we know that animals are not happy doing what their instinct tells them to? Either way I always like to blame everyone to make myself feel better knowing everyone is just awful and not leading myself to expect any better from people. You know like I could think.. You do realize that not all people that get into relationships have children. Not even all of them have sex. And again, how is it just her fault? They're both at fault and of course op trusted her.
