Seriously?!? You're in Brasil!! Buy some 4cheese flavored miojo and some requeijao. Make the miojo and then add the requeijao and tell her to get over it.

... Why don't you guys just make home made mac 'n cheese? It's the easiest thing on earth and we have lots of tasty cheese in Brazil. Not to mention we also have dishes that are way better than pre-made pasta.

You don't realize how much you miss something until it isn't readily available. I live in Colorado and there isn't a White Castles here. Cheap fun sized burgers. People either love them or think they are totally disgusting. I eat there every time I visit home....unfortunately isnt very often, once a year maybe.
