Today, my professor handed me back a paper I spent hours hours working on. At the bottom in red it said "D" followed by, "That was a gift." FML

Spending hours working on something doesn't mean it was any good. You should think about speaking with the writing tutors on your campus.

trust me, I know the feeling. i stayed up 22hrs strsight to write a paper which she repeatedly called, "brilliant," yet managed to give me a D. i don't feel as bad!

it should have taken u days, one to write,second to review and rewrite it; other wise it would be mind blabber to the prof that is.
