Funny, but not exactly FML. I'm sure you can both have a giggle about it later. Reminds me of when my aunt bought a hash leaf t-shirt because "it was pretty", without realising what type of plant it was.
1) She wants you to experiment with her son. (Maybe he gave it to her to give to you?) 2) She wants you to realize your true orientation in life. Or maybe she's old and doesn't know what the symbol is. I say wear it proudly in a low-cut revealing sheer silk lingerie top.. At your wedding.
I searched google images and found a pendant with the lesbian symbok on it its basaically a woman symbol connected with eachother. You guys are so dumb
Not everybody knows about those 'symbols', take it from me. If this is a genuine mistake, it's really rather funny, isn't it? Also, one thing I learned on my wedding day: My mother told me, 'Never, EVER, fight with your in-laws, no matter what'. Hold your tongue, hold your temper; you be the good one (and your husband will love you for it).
What about the fact that the symbol looks like a key, so it looks like two keys interlocked ... And therefore could symbolize the "key to your heart" ... two of them meaning one for each.
Maybe your future mother-in-law is put off by your strange aversion to hyphens. The poor woman can't stand to think of her son's long, hyphenless marriage.
somebody has big hopes for ur marrige
at least she isnt being two-faced. i HATE pople like that. but mabey she doesnt know its a leabian symbol. heck i didnt even know leasbians had their own symbol and the average marriges ar at like age 26 so his mom is mabey like 50ish and my mom doesny know anything street smart really, so mabey she had no idea:] sorry i tend to ramble:]
