Are they willing to play nice through the reception? If not, nix both of them (if you hope to keep both as friends), or if you want to lose one as a friend, nix that one. It's your durned wedding!
this happens a lot i think. i had 2 bridesmaids and we were all friends since high school. then one felt disrespected by me AFTER my wedding so she wanted to stop being friends with me. now we just have the one mutual friend between us. so one day when she gets married, it will probably be awkward for us to stand up in her wedding together, but we just gotta be mature about it. i hope your friends don't act like bitches at YOUR wedding!
Hopefully they can set aside their differences for you.
I hate when bridesmaids make it about them and won't wear the dresses there given so ungrateful get new bridesmaids who make it about you op

Tell them to suck it up. The wedding is about you, not them. They can ignore their differences for one day.
If they care about you they'll suck it up and be there for you, leaving the drama out. Best of luck!
