Today, I competed in a national championship for the sport that I play, and none of my family came to watch and support me. My wife, kids, parents, brothers and sisters - none of them. That's really not so bad. I think it's kind of awesome. My older brother purposely grew out a mullet and moved into a trailer in his friend's backyard just so he could be red neck. And red necks don't even exist around here, so it's funny as shit.
