Maybe he thought you were the kind of superficial bitch who only dated men based on looks and money. And it appears he was right. Also, it would not be unreasonable to assume he could own the restaurant. When I worked at a very popular fast-food chain as a teen the owner would come in sometimes and help out. Also, the keyboard player from the band Symphony X could easily live off of his earnings from the band, yet he still goes back to work at Guitar Center in NJ in his downtime. I hope he dumped you for being a superficial witch.

It's so irritating that people make so many assumptions about the posters. Example? #44 While it's true that some women are scuzzy gold diggers, you don't know that this woman is after money. Your example doesn't even compare the poster's situation; it's not even remotely similar. She's probably not dumping him for not owning a high-end restaurant, it's because he LIED about owning one. Another really irritating thing that people post on here is using the poster's situation as evidence that the other sex is evil. #29 You hate men more because of what this man did?
