It has actually helped me get over my fear of them quite a bit, but I am still paranoid. I keep my bedroom ice cold year round so they won't want to come in there.

I can, I'd a) run screaming b) put on some Damn high & thick boots and come back for my stuff using salad tongs & c) tell the exterminators it's termites, use plastic wrap or something to seal off and exits under the house, and walk away singing "ashes ashes they all fall down!" (not the same death, but close enough for me)

Since we use other forms of heat we actually sealed up the heating ducts after this snake came up. That's where we figure they were coming in at. You can not pay me enough money to go to the basement in warm weather.

Only bad because I think there are probably more.
