Today, the package I've waited for months for finally arrived. It turned out it wasn't for me, but for my sister, who bought the same thing only 2 weeks ago. When I called, the company told me they received my payment, but that there were no more of the item in stock. FML

Are you going to wait for them to restock? Or just ask for a refund?

Tell them you want your money back and that you're leaving them a horrible review and that you are finding the item somewhere else if you can that is. Tell them you are never shopping there again and will continue to tell people to steer clear of them.

Shouldn't it be first come first serve? You bought the item a full 2 weeks before your sister. Give a bad review no matter what you do, refund or not.

I'm curious as to why the OP is so evasive about the identity of the purchased item. The wording gives no clues.

I had a package that cost $200 dollars. I had orders it and after months I went on the website and the product was removed from the site sometime after my purchase. I called them. Long story short I never got my package nor my money back.
