See I don't get this. I'm a business owner. Of course I have to shell out bonuses. Sometimes I can barely afford it, even though employees always think I have a bottomless pit of money. But this sort of scroogery at Christmas time is a recipe for low employee moral and decreased efficiency. Not paying the damn bonus always costs more in the long run.
