Today, we ordered from a burger joint through Uber Eats. We waited over an hour for the food when it should have arrived in 25 minutes. Looking back at the app, we saw that the order was cancelled. The dude was hungry and decided to steal our food and take off. FML

I would be so mad. I live in a small city with barely any takeaways that deliver in the first place. So if the food I ordered was then snaffled by the delivery guy/girl, damn! On a side note I envy all of you that can resist takeaway 100% of the time. I wish I was stronger.

I haven't used the app before, but I am quite sure you can report him to the company (like how you can report drivers on Uber), based on friends who have used or common users of the app.

I hope you reported the driver. I also hope you got your money back. He should be dropped from Uber for doing that.
