Today, I went to meet my girlfriends parents for the first time. I accidentally drove past their house the first time, but saw the whole family outside waiting to meet me. I pulled a U-Turn and heard a thud. The whole family watched me run over their dog. FML

Today, I was backing out of my garage when my neighbour's collie ran behind my car. Unfortunately, I didn't see it, but I heard a thump. They were out, so I rushed him to the vet's. I was upset, and I guess I was driving too fast and didn't see that another dog was crossing the road. I killed two dogs today. FML

Today, while I was walking my friend's dog around the neighborhood, I watched as a little girl fall off her bike. I let go of the dog and ran over to help. The girl was OK but the dog ran into the street and got hit by a truck. FML

Today, I was walking my husky when she saw a cat and bolted toward it. I couldn't let go of the leash because my hand was tangled up. Forced to run along, I ran into a parked van at full sprint. I lost my dog, broke two ribs and have to pay for the dent in the van. FML

That's horrible! Poor dogs... I hope they somehow survived. But how did you miss not one, but TWO dogs? Were they little yippy dogs or something? Still, if she was your best friend, you should have known she had dogs, and been on the look out for them. I would say your friend and her dogs lives are way more ****** then yours..

That sucks they got run over. Though you didn't say if they were killed or if they were just badly injured. Either way that sucks. Though it's partially their fault for leaving the dogs (I'm guessing) unattended, or on a lead. If someone had been holding them on a lead, chances are they would've heard you coming in the car and made sure the dogs were out the way. And to those saying the OP deserves it..HOW? I don't drive but I've been in a car a few times when a rabbit, or a bird or some kind of animal has crossed the road too quickly for us to slow down for it and sadly they'd be killed, it happens all the time to all sorts of people. It doesn't mean they're a bad driver.
