always change your cards every day! even when they aren't full. just cause you can cram 400 pics on a card, doesn't mean you should!
I think that may be the ONLY time I've ever seen someone say "JUST a wedding."
how much of an idiot do u have to be to go backpacking with out saving the pictures of the wedding onto a harddrive!!!!!!
What does OP stand for?
this reminds me of another FML.
Alright, I feel badly for you, so FYL, but you kind of deserve it for not backing up the pictures before going on your vacation (assuming the camera was digital and you had the time and means to back up the pictures). What if you had run out of space for your own pictures? Personally, I back up my camera after every use, regardless of how full the card is, so that nothing gets lost or deleted. Sounds like you should do the same. Even if it was a film camera for some reason, I would have started a new roll...
YDI for having friends
ok that sucks but you need to learn to back up your stuff
sadly but true, learn to back up asap.. this goes for all of you!

If you were the photographer at the wedding, it should have been your uttermost and foremost responsibility to get those pictures safe and store in multiple copies. Sorry for your camera, that part is FML, but the wedding pictures are YDI.
always back up if you can. but this totally ******* sucks.
