Op here, I know the doctors right. It's something I'd suspected for a while but I guess I was in denial. before it happens it feels nice, like I'm getting really close and then BAM all the pleasure stops and is replaced by frustration and sensitivity until i have to ask him to stop because it's so unpleasant. (I've tried pushing on and eventually it goes numb) and this is predominantly from clitoral stimulation. internally i feel even less. I've tried everything. vibrators, special lube, oral (which I actually hate), all kinds of things. I have an extremely supportive boyfriend who is willing to try absolutely anything but nothing helps and it's been a year since we became sexually active. it's become very hard for me to get turned on now since I find there's nothing to look forward to about sexual activity.

Your lucky boyfriend.
People saying it's not the right partner are wrong, it's a real medical condition.
well maybe the dick your getting isn't good dick, you probably need to upgrade lol
My boyfriend is 8.2 inches, thanks for the offer though.
I don't know if this helps but it sounds like, the blood trapped in the clitoral tissue that causes the build-up isn't getting the sudden release that it is supposed to when you ******. This would cause the tissue to stay erect and there sensitive and painful when unaroused. I would suggest maybe checking for some kind of circulation issue if you aren't getting anywhere with your gyno
Wow I didn't even know that could happen! Im sorry to hear OP :/
Sorry that that's unpleasant for you. For most people it's suppose to feel great
OP & others: you should see a midwife or better yet a sex therapist. my Human Sexuality professor in college studies women's sexual disorders, which is more common than you think. don't see a pcp or ob! message me. there's this product called estrogen cream (usually for menopausal women) but it helps a little! I'm a breastfeeding mama that developed similar issues. your not completely ****** out of help!! you need to see a specialist that recognizes female sexual disorders!!!
