You need to have a talk with the photographer. You hired them to make sure that the pictures were perfect.

It really wouldn't be that hard to call the photographer, get back in a tux and your wife back in her dress, and take some pictures that way. If you can't talk to your wife about this and the only solution for you is divorce, then you weren't ready to get married anyway.
